The direct drive vertical mixer is composed of drive, shaft and impeller connected directly.
Gearbox free structure: no need to replace Gear oil and maintain the gearbox;
Extending the service life at full low speeds by 10 times;
Low noise, low heat generation, and power consumption savings of over 30%;
The material of the mixer should match the medium it is stirring, depending on the type of material used
The following materials can be used for different environments:
- Carbon steel
- stainless steel/stainless steel (304L, 316L, UB6...)
Coated steel with carbon steel lining (plastics/spray molding, rubber/rubber lining, ebonite/hard rubber lining...)
- Special material/special material (alloy steel/alloy steel, titanium/titanium steel...)
