The internal inflow non-metallic plate grid is composed of a continuously rotating perforated filter plate driven by an electric motor placed in a fixed frame.
The grid filtering grid plate is installed parallel to the water flow direction, and is equipped with a slag lifting device. The sewage to be filtered enters from the center inlet of the grid, and impurities are filtered from the inside out through the filter plates on both sides. As the filter plate continues to rotate, the impurities intercepted on the inner side of the filter plate are lifted by the lifting device on the filter plate to the discharge area of the grid slag, and washed into the sewage collection tank by the spray flushing water at the top of the grid. The garbage mixed with a certain amount of sewage is transported by the chute to the slag crusher for cleaning, pressing, and slag discharge.
The system operation is controlled by an automatic control system, which starts intermittent operation based on the liquid level difference between the front and rear of the grille, and can operate continuously for 24 hours. Each internal inlet plate grille can operate independently.
